CPR BASIC LIFE SUPPORT

Bell Healthcare Training school offers a CPR Basic Life Support course where you gain the skills you need to prepare for a career in healthcare.
You’ll learn how to respond to the emergencies that are most likely to happen in your everyday life — like choking, heart attacks, and allergic reactions. You’ll also learn life-saving skills, like CPR, basic AED use, and how to use a bag valve mask and oxygen.

Approved by the American Heart Association, this course is a comprehensive, fundamental life support course that meets the needs of health care providers, emergency medical services (EMS), and public safety professionals. This course is designed to teach participants to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest, as well as provide CPR.

Program Summary:
This American Heart Association (AHA) course trains students to promptly recognize cardiac arrest and emergency life-threatening situations. Course content includes the practice of high-quality compressions on feedback devices, appropriate ventilation, and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Students will participate in simulated activities that provide them with recognition and responses.
